About the principal
An independent perspective grounded in neuroscience and systems thinking.
ClosedLoop Strategy is led by an independent strategic advisor and active neuroscience
researcher with a background in neuroscience and a particular interest in closed-loop
neurotechnology, adaptive systems, and the translation of advanced technologies into
clinical applications.
The Principal holds a Master's degree in Neuroscience and is currently engaged in research
examining the stability of neural-state classification in adaptive deep brain stimulation
systems across sessions and subjects, including the role of neural drift, recalibration,
and other factors influencing adaptive system performance.
This research informs a broader interest in the conditions that determine whether advanced
technologies can operate reliably and deliver meaningful value beyond controlled research
environments.
Beyond neurotechnology, the advisory perspective extends to medical technology development,
clinical translation, healthcare adoption, and the scientific, technological, and
institutional ecosystems surrounding innovation.
The approach combines scientific understanding, independent analysis, and systems-level
thinking to help organizations navigate complex decisions with greater clarity.
